Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NaseKit (the "Service"), operated by Nase Digital LLC ("NaseKit", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NaseKit lets creators connect their social media accounts (such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok) and automatically generates a shareable media kit from the metrics those platforms make available through their official APIs, with your authorization.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Connecting platforms

When you connect a platform, you authorize NaseKit to access the data permitted by the scopes you approve, solely to build and keep your media kit current. You may disconnect any platform at any time, which revokes our ongoing access. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

4. Your content and public kits

You control whether your media kit is public. You are responsible for the information you choose to display. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of providing the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the Service, or violating any law or third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are presented at checkout. Fees are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nase Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Metrics are sourced from third-party platforms and may change or be unavailable.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
