What is a brand?＋
A brand is one identity you post as: a creator account, a business, a client. Each brand holds one connected channel per platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook), its own media kit, planner, and analytics. Free includes 1 brand, Pro includes 2 and Premium includes 3. Either paid plan can add more: $12/mo each on Pro, $8/mo on Premium.
What counts as a connected channel?＋
One social account synced through its official API. That's what makes your kit numbers verified. Free connects 1 channel. Paid plans connect every platform inside each brand, one account per platform. Manual links like LinkedIn or X are free on every plan.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?＋
No. Free needs your name and email, that's it. You only add a card if you choose to upgrade.
How does the 7-day free trial work?＋
When you upgrade, you enter your card and get 7 days free. You're charged after day 7 unless you cancel. Cancel anytime from Billing, no surprises.
What are team seats?＋
Pro includes your own seat and Premium includes 3: you plus two teammates, shared across your brands. Invite by email from Settings. Editors plan content, manage ideas and edit the kit; admins can also connect and manage channels. Extra seats are $5/mo each on either paid plan.
What do my teammates pay?＋
Nothing. A seat gives them access to your brand under your plan, and their own account stays free. If they ever want brands of their own, they upgrade their own account separately.
What does “history kept forever” mean?＋
NaseKit records your numbers every day. Platforms only expose a limited window (Instagram about 30 days back, YouTube up to 3 years), so we track daily and never delete. On Free, your charts show the last 30 days. On paid plans, everything we've ever tracked stays.
What happens if I add or remove brands or seats mid-cycle?＋
Adds are instant: you pay a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period and the capacity unlocks right away. Removals take effect at your next renewal. You keep what you paid for, and the next invoice just shrinks.
How does proration work on an annual plan? (worked example)＋
Say you're on annual Premium with 5 brands and 5 seats ($585/yr), and 3 months in you add 2 more brands and 2 more seats. You're charged right away for the 9 months left in your year: 2 brands × $72 × 75% + 2 seats × $45 × 75% = $175.50, itemized on your invoice as “remaining time.” At renewal you pay the full new configuration ($819/yr), exactly what the calculator on the Premium card shows. Proration is computed to the day, so your numbers may differ by a few dollars.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?＋
Nothing is deleted, ever. Extra brands become read-only and your kit keeps working. Re-upgrade anytime and everything is exactly where you left it.
What's the NaseKit badge?＋
A small “Made with NaseKit” link on kits from free accounts. Any paid plan removes it.
Can I cancel anytime?＋
Yes. One click in Billing, no emails to send. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
